Dandara Manoela, 24 years old, divides her time between University and her love for the studies of music. She is vocalist of the MPB autoral band Seu Baldecir and of the woman band of samba-reggae Cores de Aidê. Her main project consists in the execution of her own songs, as well as making Samba and MPB interpretations with local musicians. Their musical plurality also represents a symbol of resistance of the Afro-Brazilian cultural manifestations and affirmation of the black woman in the cultural field.
